Ahmet is an open and versatile young man who is currently living with a welcome family in the Winterthur region and is now looking for a host family until the end of the school year. He is passionate about sport, especially football – he is an active member of FC Oberwinterthur and loves to get fully involved on the pitch. In addition to sport, he finds balance and inspiration in playing the piano.
Ahmet attends the Im Lee cantonal school and enjoys the opportunity to get to know Swiss culture and come into contact with people from different cultures during his exchange year. At the same time, he enjoys bringing his own Turkish culture to his host family. This allows his host parents to learn from him, discover new perspectives and broaden their cultural horizons.
In his free time, Ahmet likes to spend time with his family, watch movies and enjoy active adventures in nature. His friendly, lively nature and curiosity drive him to discover new things – be it exploring the city, attending concerts or sharing experiences with friends. School, sports, friendships and family are important pillars for Ahmet, and he values a balanced lifestyle.
